Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our team. As our lead sales, you will play a crucial role in:

closing leads
developing new opportunities
optimizing our sales process through careful reporting and tight feedback loops

If you’re interested in cybersecurity and want to help better prepare companies to face cyber attacks, this is a rare opportunity to join a startup with a core product, brand value and GTM motion already in place.

# Key Missions
As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be closing deals.

To do so, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our product and the customers it serves, ranging from cybersecurity experts to compliance officers and risk managers.

You’ll need to engage with customers in both French and English, and work closely with the whole team to refine the sales process.


Day-to-day operations

Lead the sales process from qualification to close, managing the pipeline effectively.
Engage with international technical buyers (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Security Engineers)
Refine and optimize the sales strategy, suggesting improvements to increase conversion rates
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer.
Deploy outbound efforts to supplement inbound leads and increase deal flow.
Be adaptable and proactive—our product and market evolve quickly, and we need someone who can keep up.
Bottom line, you’re going to spend a lot of time talking to prospective customers, doing live demos and updating the CRM as well as talking with the team to figure out ways to close more and better deals.

KPIs

To measure and track progress, we have two key KPIs for this role:
Closing Rate: Convert a high percentage of leads into paying customers.
Pipeline Value Signed: Revenue quota per quarter. Objective reevaluated each quarter according to product updates and market conditions
And two secondaries:
Sales Cycle Efficiency: Reduce time-to-close and improve deal velocity.
Process Optimization: CRM tidiness to help identify and implement ways to improve the sales workflow


# Profile

Important note: if you strongly feel you’re a match for us, but you don’t check all the boxes below, please candidate, we’ll be happy to talk.

2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a technical or cybersecurity-adjacent field.
A closer—you have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. More importantly, you’re addicted to it.
Technically curious — we’re a very technical company and you’re going to talk to mostly technical people. You don’t need deep knowledge of cybersecurity, but you must be curious about it because learning about it will help you close more deals
Fluent in French & English—our client base is international, and communication is key. Except for the last meeting, all interviews will be conducted in English.
Empathetic & consultative—you listen first, understand customer needs, and tailor your approach accordingly.
Early stage startup experience —you’re adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take ownership. We don’t have the resources of a big brand, although we have a reputation, existing clients and incoming leads, you’ll need to be resilient and resourceful to meet your objectives.

Competitive salary + commission + potential equity (OTE: €80-120k based on performance).

Initial Fit & Motivation Call (30 min) – A conversation to understand your background, interests, and alignment with the role.
Sales Skills & Closing Evaluation (45-60 min) – A mock sales pitch + objection handling exercise.
Final Interview with CEO & Team (60 min) – (can be conducted if French should you prefer) A deeper discussion on your ambitions, culture fit, and how you see yourself growing with us.

Cyberattacks are more prevalent than ever, and most of them exploit at some point or the other, the human element using Social Engineering.

This is what we do: we are a French cybersecurity startup specialized in Social Engineering attacks protection.

Our main product is a phishing attack simulation platform that is used both by clients and cybersecurity companies across the world to evaluate and train people against these attacks.

We reproduce attacks as realistically as possible and train people to resist them through our SaaS platform.

We have been doing founder-led sales for as long as we could but we now have too many leads and opportunities and need to build up our sales team.
