Our client a specialist engineering business based in Aberdeen, as looking for an Interim European Finance Director to strengthen the team. Reporting in the Group Finance Director, this role would oversee a team of circa 8, with leadership of the offshore SSC. This assignment would need someone to be able to start asap and is required to support the business over the coming 6 months.
Key requirements:
Experienced in long term contracts across either, engineering, industrials or manufacturing.
Supporting the global business, but overseeing the European region
FP&A and strategy focused background
Lead and manage all finance activities within the region, including accounting, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and risk management.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the region's business objectives.
Provide commercial and operational finance insights, drive cost efficiencies
On site in Aberdeen 3 days a week.
Circa £800-900pd plus expenses if non local.

We are supporting our client, a c.£1bn revenue PE backed services business, who are looking for an Interim FP&A Director to join them for an initial 6 month period. You will be working closely with the CFO to drive efficiencies, automation, and process improvements. The business is scaling rapidly, and they need a commercially focused FP&A leader to professionalise reporting, improve systems, and strengthen the team. The role will be hybrid, based in London with some travel internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and improve FP&A processes, embedding efficiency and best practice.
Assess and strengthen the FP&A team, identifying skill gaps and upskilling where needed.
Automate and streamline reporting, building FP&A processes around OneStream.
Enhance board and monthly reporting packs, making them more insightful and automated.
Lead commercial business partnering, ensuring finance is adding value at a strategic level.
Candidate Profile:
Experienced FP&A leader, ideally in a scaling (£500m+) PE-backed business.
Change-driven, with a track record of transforming FP&A functions and driving efficiencies.
Tech-savvy, with experience in OneStream or similar FP&A systems.
Strong business partner, comfortable presenting to the board and senior stakeholders.
M&A exposure would be a bonus but is not essential.

International Telecoms group are looking to hire an Interim Revenue Accountant asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and also at least 1 day per week in their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting for revenue recognition and deferred revenue
Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
Support month end process with respect to revenue accounting
Review contracts to ensure accurate accounting treatment
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Accountant , with strong IFRS skills
Experience in revenue accounting/recognition in a similar international business
Strong systems skills, including Excel and other ERPs
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain accounting concepts
