We specialize in complete automation solutions, integrating top-tier CNC technology with industrial robotics to enhance production efficiency, precision, and throughput. We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to join our Automation Team. This role is pivotal in developing, refining, and delivering fully integrated machining and robotic systems to our clients.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have extensive CNC programming experience, including machine setup, operation, tool selection, and process troubleshooting. You should be adept at optimizing machining operations to ensure precision and efficiency. Since this role involves working at our Leamington Spa facility and visiting customer sites nationwide, a full UK driving license.

While experience in robotic programming is beneficial, it is not mandatory—we’re looking for a professional eager to expand their skills in automation. This position offers hands-on experience with industrial robots, providing opportunities to integrate CNC machinery with robotic automation and advance within the field of smart manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Program and set up CNC machinery to achieve peak performance.
Configure and program industrial robots to integrate seamlessly with CNC processes.
Assemble and fine-tune full automation systems, ensuring smooth operation.
Conduct final system tests and customer approvals to confirm performance.
Work with in-house software to synchronize CNC and robotic automation.
Troubleshoot and refine automation processes to address unforeseen challenges.
Install and commission automation systems at customer locations.
Provide technical training on CNC programming, robotics, and automation systems.
Validate machining and automation workflows for customer approval.
Offer continued technical support, diagnosing and optimizing automation systems in the field.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in Fanuc programming.
Familiarity with Siemens or Heidenhain controls is an advantage.
A time-served engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience in CNC machining applications.
Recognized engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
Experience with 5-axis machining centers and multi-tasking turning centers is beneficial.
Knowledge of Fusion 360 is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
Full UK driving license (no more than three penalty points).

We’re thrilled to partner with a leading client in the music industry, seeking a Business Project Manager to drive technology (data, systems) and business transformation projects on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role focuses on delivering high-impact initiatives, optimising processes, enhancing systems and ways of working, as well as working with global teams. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and manage external partners to ensure effective project delivery and long-term business adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Lead data-driven and systems-focused projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and provide transparent, consistent updates.
Ensure new systems, processes, and data solutions are successfully embedded into business operations.
Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project execution.
Collaborate across business units, technical teams, and external delivery partners to align on scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
Drive adoption of deliverables through effective change management, training, and handover processes.
