What The Day to Day Looks Like
Daily Team Captain: Lead the System Delivery crew as they design, procure, build, deliver, and install the hardware and software needed to fuel our Bid and Project Management engines.
Resource Juggler: Schedule resources like a pro to keep all functions running smoothly and efficiently.
Task Estimation Expert: Ensure that task estimates are spot-on and comprehensive, leaving no room for surprises.
Bid Support Specialist: Provide schematics, detailed descriptions, and a clear hardware scope of supply to back up the Bid process-think of it as our project's cheerleader!
Export/Import Guru: Assist with the import and export of products to keep our project deliveries on track-consider it your international logistics adventure!
Tracking Wizard: Ensure all procured items are logged and tracked with serial numbers, so we know exactly where everything is at all times.
On-Site Quality Guardian: Manage on-site work to meet quality and health & safety standards, ensuring everything is signed off and ready for handover. You'll be the superhero supporting the installation team, which may involve some global jet-setting!
IT Collaborator: Work with the IT Team to implement server and network management requirements that align perfectly with customer needs.

Key Skills:
Strong experience with C#.NET development for software applications
Experience with SQL databases and ideally merging or data migration of several databases
Experience with Azure cloud and Microsoft cloud suite
Strong understanding of SOAP/RESTful APIs
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical staff
Ability to speak to key stakeholders, understand needs and translate this to business/software requirements
Beneficial skills:
Experience working as a business analyst or analyst developer
Prior experience in a data migration from SQL to Azure cloud

Join Our Awesome MSP customer as a Network Engineer!
Are you ready to dive into exciting projects and work with a great team? Our friendly Managed Services Provider (MSP) customer, based near Whiteley in Fareham, is looking for a talented Network Engineer to join their talented team. They have a bright future ahead and some great customers and big projects - including a data centre migration just around the corner!

What You'll Be Doing:
Jump into a variety of projects while providing topnotch support for customer networks, from small remote access setups to large-scale enterprise networks.
Work with a wide range of network devices, managing everything from troubleshooting to monitoring systems.
Be part of an expert team handling core MPLS networking infrastructure, mitigating threats, and working with upstream providers.
Lead network changes and upgrades during patching windows (we know you're a night owl!).
Keep our documentation on point for both customer deployments and internal processes.
Your Experience & Skills:
2+ years in an MSP environment.
Solid knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
Handson experience with Firewalls like Juniper SRX, Cisco ASA, or FortiGate.
Familiarity with network tools like Wireshark, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
Experience working with Juniper, Cisco, or Aruba hardware (bonus points if you've dabbled with virtual appliances too!).
Extra (Not Essential)
JNCIAJunos or CCNA certification.
Experience with Cloud Networking or Remote Access Solutions like Cisco AnyConnect.
HPE Aruba WiFi or ClearPass skills.
Data centre experience, including hardware installation and patching.
VMware or Azure virtualisation.
