We are seeking a Performance Analyst with a strong focus on Google Analytics to join our team. This role is essential in helping our organisation understand and improve our digital performance through data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse web traffic and user behaviour data using Google Analytics to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to optimise digital campaigns and enhance user experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements based on data findings.
Conduct A/B testing and other analytical methods to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing analytics setups and configurations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practises in analytics, digital marketing, and user experience.
Qualifications
Active SC Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a performance analysis role, preferably in a digital environment.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, including the ability to set up tracking and analyse metrics.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with other analytics tools or platforms is a plus.

We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure while ensuring the security and availability of our systems. Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable AWS infrastructure to meet application needs.
Security: Ensure the security of the AWS environment by implementing best practises and compliance standards.
Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimise downtime and data loss.
Automation: Automate deployment and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reliability using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to optimise application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Your Knowledge & Experience
2 - 3 years of experience in DevOps or related fields with a strong focus on AWS.
Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python or Bash.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practises.
Strong understanding of networking, security best practises, and disaster recovery planning in a cloud environment.
Previous experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
