Lead and implement projects, enhancements and L3 support for the supply chain or manufacturing core applications and modules (ERP Oracle JDE mainly). The main activities you will be asked are the following:
Strategic Analysis: Perform comprehensive assessments of our current supply chain systems and processes within JD Edwards, proposing opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Innovative Solutions: Participate in the design and architect of the Supply Chain solutions within JD Edwards, tailored to address our unique business challenges and objectives.
End-to-End Implementation: Take charge of the entire implementation lifecycle, from configuration and customization to testing and deployment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Team strategy: Follow and contribute to the team strategy and best practices for specifications, testing and documentation.
Business support: identify and perform end user training, workshops and support for complex and escalated issues to ensure business continuity.
Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of advanced data analytics to extract actionable insights from our supply chain data within JD Edwards, empowering informed and strategic decision-making.
Change Management Mastery: Develop and execute change management strategies that foster successful adoption of supply chain enhancements, driving user engagement and maximizing ROI.
Knowledge Sharing: Promote continuous learning and improvement by sharing best practices, providing mentorship to junior team members, and fostering collaboration across the organization.
Partnering: Partner with the business and other IT teams.
BIC Core Model: Create IT specifications aligned with the BIC Core Model, always with the idea of standardization, robustness and scalability for the solutions.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management, pioneering innovative solutions that position us as industry leaders.
Qualifications
University degree in either IT or Business
+4 years of experience as Business Analyst
Advanced-Level JD Edwards Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in JD Edwards Supply Chain modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Plant/Equipment Management, Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Advanced Preferences, Intercompany processing. Any other module within the supply chain would be considered a plus.
Autonomy- know how to organize the work to reach the objectives defined by the CoE
Team player- know how to organize a project and ensure good relationships with different stakeholders (internal, IT, external)
Supply chain / manufacturing processes knowledge is a real asset
Project Experience: Proven experience in projects implementations from initiation to completion, including integration projects. Ability to deliver projects to agree upon deadlines
Multi-tasker- know how to act as key point of contact for Support activities as well as on project mode, with different stakeholders
Adopt a service-oriented behavior: know how to interact with sponsors and report/follow activities (project, budget, risk, service continuity)
Change management skills
Other technologies knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; familiarity with technologies such API and ETLs for system integration, and Oracle Orchestrator for workflow automation, would be considered valuable.

Job Description
As Global Innovation & Portfolio Manager, you support the Senior Global Brand Manager in the delivery of Global multi-year growth strategies for the Stationery portfolio. This role is responsible for leading Global innovation, portfolio management, executing brand growth strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business including innovation gate process, business analysis, budgeting, and key brand initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Supports the development of successful strategic business plans to deliver against annual brand targets.
Global Innovation Leader: leading cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year innovation, including identifying consumer insights, coordinating and analyzing market trends and research, partnering with R&D to identify and develop partnerships and technologies, developing packaging and Commercial launch materials.
Global Portfolio Management: support the execution of the global portfolio strategy based on consumers’ needs and occasions in alignment with the Brand’s Equity strategy. Define priority Need Spaces and Growth opportunities. Contribute to portfolio simplification efforts and support the regional teams in aligning their portfolio to the global strategy.
Partners with the Global Brand Development team in the development and global roll out of creative communication and partnership campaigns.
Supports the Regional Commercial teams go-to-market strategy and execution of aligned innovation launches on the core business and new items.
Champions the day-to-day operational functions of the global brand, including innovation gate process management, budget management, invoicing.
Monitor the global marketplace for new product innovations, competitive intelligence and key trends (consumer, lifestyle, social, societal insights, macro market trend, emerging technologies…) to identify and develop white space and business opportunities.
Partner with Market and Consumer Insight team to run consumer and user test to ensure strong innovation proposition.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of Marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG Innovation. An experience in global launches is a plus
Proven new product launches track record - driving an innovation process from Ideation, conceptualization through to product proof-of-concepts and consumer validation
Solid understanding and experience of both Qualitative / Quantitative consumer research with proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate consumer insights and learnings, market trends into actionable recommendations for new innovation initiatives to feed brand growth
Strong consumer-focused orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to think and sell conceptually
Ability to flex between strategic, analytical, and creative thinking, with an open and entrepreneurial mindset
Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter with ability to work independently
Good understanding of the different technical disciplines involved in innovation (R&D, Manufacturing, Legal/Regulatory/IP, Design, Insights…) which requires good connecting skills
Solid organizational and project management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and cross-cultural environment, manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
Strong financial acumen
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment
Fluent English
