What You’ll Do

As a QA Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our payments platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites with a primary focus on back-end systems
Collaborating with Product Management, Software Development, DevOps, and Security teams to maintain a fast-paced, iterative, and continuously improving delivery process
Developing and executing test plans and strategies that encompass both functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security
Creating and managing comprehensive test cases, leveraging tools and frameworks for automated testing of APIs and UI where necessary
Integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable deployments
Providing feedback to the engineering team by identifying, documenting, and tracking issues and defects
Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of back-end services and APIs

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks, with a primary focus on backend testing
Proficiency in testing modern APIs, including functional, integration, and security testing
Experience with CI / CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes
Knowledge of software testing best practices, including TDD and BDD methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
Autonomous and proactive, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
Experience in cloud technologies
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools, including GitLab, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, RDS)
Nice to have: experience with banking and payment systems (SEPA, Swift, Ebics...)

Advantageous

familiarity with message broker middleware such as Kafka
familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores
knowledge of performance testing tools and strategies
security testing experience for APIs and frontend applications

What You’ll Do

We are hiring a highly motivated and skilled Delivery Manager to lead customer delivery projects. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of critical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners. This role might require frequent travel to customer sites and Mambu Payments / Numeral offices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer delivery projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex scopes, internal and external dependencies, and strict timelines
Ensure projects are delivered on time through thoughtful planning, dynamic project management, stakeholder management, and proactive resolution of blockers
Ensure project scope completion while avoiding scope creep
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes to align internal teams, customers, and partners
Provide visibility over project progress, milestones, next steps, and blockers
Continuously build and improve Mambu Payments / Numeral’s customer project delivery knowledge base and processes

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in a project management or professional services role in a demanding environment (consulting, banking, enterprise software, etc.)
Strong project planning skills combined with a solution-oriented approach and bias for action
Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they happen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with financial technology and banking and payment infrastructure is a plus

What You’ll Do

We are hiring an experienced Support Engineer to join our team. As the first line of support, you will ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical issues while collaborating with our product and engineering teams. This role requires a combination of strong problem-solving skills, functional and technical expertise, and excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Mambu Payments / Numeral first line of support to customers and partners
Manage incoming support requests based on triage rules and service level agreements
Assist customers in deploying and using Mambu Payments / Numeral
Troubleshoot and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues related to Mambu Payments / Numeral’s platform, APIs, bank integrations, and configurations
Ensure all support tickets are responded within the agreed SLA
Drive product reliability improvement efforts across Mambu Payments / Numeral
Continuously build and improve Mambu Payments / Numeral’s technical knowledge base and support processes

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a similar role
Strong understanding of APIs and integration-heavy software
Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and customer communication
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proficiency with data exploration and visualization tools (e.g. Metabase) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira…)
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Sentry…) is a plus
Familiarity with financial technology and banking and payment infrastructure is a plus
