Job Description
Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and implementation, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow Discovery, and system integrations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs.

What You Will Do

Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM and ITOM, to meet business requirements.
Develop and configure workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
Customise and integrate ServiceNow applications, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Request Management.
Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration) to monitor infrastructure and services.
Perform ServiceNow Discovery configurations, mapping, and CMDB enhancements to ensure accurate asset management.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems to automate operational tasks and processes.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web service technologies.
Utilise ServiceNow’s integration hub, orchestration, and automation tools to optimize service processes and increase efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations.
Assist with the upgrade and patching of the ServiceNow platform to ensure continuous service availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including users, developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation including design specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
Modify existing and configure new functions in line with business requirements
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
Support customers solutions by investigating, reviewing and resolving issues raised. Ensuring customer satisfaction in delivering support.
Advise our customers on possibilities of automating their existing processes using ServiceNow.


What You Will Have

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and integrations.
Demonstrable experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules (e.g., Discovery, Orchestration).
Strong understanding of CMDB best practices and ServiceNow Discovery tool.
Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, or similar, within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, or other web services.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ITIL-aligned implementations.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant areas.
Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships and manage user expectations.
Be willing to take initiative in problem identification and solution provision.
Ability and willingness to travel as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet project deadlines.

As a Mode r n Workplace C onsultant, you’ll implement new capabilities on customer facing projects across a breadth of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite . This includes Office 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 10/11 . You will be an aspiring architect able to confidently engage customers , produce design documents, whilst also enjoying the hands-on element of technical delivery .

P rimarily focused on Professional Services technical project delivery, you’ll also support our presales team with pre-project scoping and estimating .

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of a Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant includ e :
Designing, implementing, and documenting Microsoft 365 solutions for OneAdvanced customers.
Taking ownership of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite, including Office 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 10/11.
Collaborating with clients to determine effective use of Microsoft cloud services.
Evaluating and optimizing existing IT environments.
Developing best practices and concepts for automation.
Implementing Modern Workplace Solutions, leveraging Microsoft Teams and Messaging, securing M365 data using Microsoft Purview, and enhancing company collaboration with tools like MS Viva Engage.
Deploying and configuring Windows 10, 11 with Office 365, including image creation or Autopilot/Intune deployment and related components for Active Directory & Group Policy.
Managing Windows 10, 11 servicing models with Configuration Manager or Windows Update for Business, Intune co-management, hybrid configuration, and integration with other Microsoft solutions (including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
Application packaging within Intune and SCCM using tools like PSADT.
What You Will Have

Minimum 5+ years in an enterprise IT environment.
Strong understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)/Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)/Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, 11 (including AVD/VDI), Intune, SCCM, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Security, Azure ATP, DLP, AIP, Windows Defender ATP, and Entra.
Technical leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages.
Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
Comfort with multitasking across complex projects.
