Information Security Governance Programme Lead
Fixed-Term Contract – 12 months
Location: Hybrid (London or Corby)
RS Components is looking for an experienced Information Security Governance Programme Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the governance structure of the Information Security team and managing training and development opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will work alongside a team responsible for protecting the organization through a combination of technology, people, and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Information Security Governance Programme Lead, you will:
Monitor and track the progress of security initiatives aligned with the Information Security Strategy.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of security initiatives, providing insights on their impact across the organization.
Manage and maintain a regular cadence of KPIs, offering the CISO clear visibility and strategic advice on performance.
Support the CISO in Senior Leadership Team discussions within the Information Services & Technology function.
Oversee training programs, qualifications, and development opportunities for the Information Security team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in information security governance, with a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
A positive, pragmatic, and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
Experience in gathering and prioritizing requirements for security initiatives.
Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing processes.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Understanding of IT security principles and industry best practices.
Relevant industry experience in a similar governance-focused role.

Maintenance Engineer – Night Shift
Location: Nuneaton, CV10
Full Time, Permanent
Competitive Salary Based On Experience
27% shift allowance (weekend shifts)
Bonus of up to 10% of basic salary
Paid overtime
Private Healthcare
16.5% pension (with 6% contribution)
24 days leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
Shift Patten
(Sunday – Thursday)
22:00 – 06:00
What are we looking for?
We look for the following skills in our Maintenance Engineers / Maintenance Technicians:
Experience in a similar role in a warehouse or factory.
A recognised qualification, apprenticeship or time served experience as a maintenance Engineer/Technician.
Experience with MHE equipment, electro-mechanical systems and detection equipment.
An Electrical qualification to work with 3PH 400V circuits.
Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC drawings.
What will you be doing?
Our huge warehouse in Nuneaton is one of our most valuable assets, because of that it needs constant care and attention to keep running. As an engineer / technician, you will be one of the most important cogs in our engine, it will be down to you to keep us moving (literally).
Your role is to react to faults and breakdowns and repair them quickly to a high standard, also, you will always be looking to do preventative maintenance and finding continuous improvement opportunities.
It goes without saying that Health & Safety is one of the pillars on which RS has built its reputation and all our engineers will need to live and breathe this.
