Roles & Responsibilities
Proficient in Dutch language and good communication with the Business users. Desirable to have French language as secondary and will be an added advantage,
Good Team Management and leadership skill.
Stakeholder Management and reporting skill.
L2 and L3 Support for incidents, service request and enhancements with strong technical and functional expertise in the applications being supported
Strong ITIL Knowledge and process implementation experience required.
Disaster Recovery and Business continuity experience.
Good technical knowledge in Cognos, Talend
WSR and MSR reporting.
Risk Management & Escalation handling experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
Proficient in language French, English and good communication with the Business users
Quickly understand the application knowledge and transition from the current team members and ramp-up shortly
L2 and L3 Support for incidents, service request and enhancements with strong technical and functional expertise in the applications being supported
RCA for technical issues, analyze and troubleshoot problems and come up with best possible remediation of problems
Interact with customers on reported issues and manage customer expectations
Communicate with other parts of the team and third-party suppliers to ensure business needs are met, for example (but not limited to) the triage and management of tickets and coordination of the upgrade of third-party software.
Identify operational improvements and report it to Support lead / regional tower lead
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools from a support perspective
Support Engineers will also support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases as required.
Technical skills required include, but are not limited to the following: Visual Basic
