What You’ll Do…
Represent management during the night and be responsible for the smoothing running of the hotel.
Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
Deal with the in-house guests accounting and ensure the accuracy of guest billing.
Operationally manage the hotel during the night to ensure guests are well cared for.
Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily reports for all departments.
Manage the daily overbooking levels and liaise with all departments to ensure maximum occupancy.
Ensure all telephone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Maintain observation over guests and guests’ property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum.
Lead your night team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; help them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.
Set stretching but realistic objectives for the team to ensure maximum occupancy and 100% guest satisfaction levels.
Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediately.
Be responsible for closing of the day and prepare and verify reception reports.
Carry out the night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.

LA MISSION ?
Il paraît que la 1ère impression est toujours la bonne, tant mieux, vous êtes la première personne que nos clients rencontrent. Ils doivent être entre de bonnes mains avec vous .
Vous avez la charge de leur accueil et du suivi de leur séjour à n’importe quel moment de la journée.
Vous assurez l’ensemble des fonctions d’un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux , à l’image de Mama : préparation des arrivées, check in & check out des clients individuels et groupes, prise de réservations en last minute, standard téléphonique, traitement des demandes clients…
Afin d’assurer un suivi client de qualité vous remontez les informations à votre hiérarchie (plaintes, remarques ou feedback clients…).
Vous gérez vos encaissements et êtes responsable de votre caisse ; vous vérifiez aussi l’ensemble des comptes existants.
Vous éditez, traitez et assurez un suivi des factures clients.
Impliqué dans la commercialisation des prestations Mama, vous aimez promouvoir notre boutique (vente et merchandising des produits), restaurant et nos animations.
Avec votre plus belle écriture vous faîtes ressortir votre côté créatif et inscrivez sur les miroirs à chaque étage et/ ou ascenseur des informations utiles et des activités alentours aux clients.
