CPS Group is supporting a large healthcare distributor searching for a PHP Developer to join their high-performing team. This is a key role within the business, ensuring both customers and colleagues have access to the digital tools they need to streamline operations and enhance user experience.


As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s platform, working with a modern tech stack to optimise performance and drive innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


Write clean, efficient code using PHP and Object-Oriented Programming
Work with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 to enhance user experience

Role: IT Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000 p/annum

CPS Group is supporting a large public sector organisation in hiring an IT Engineer to join an established team responsible for maintaining the organisation’s infrastructure and driving its digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions while managing, monitoring, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot incidents, determine root causes, apply fixes, document issues, and implement preventive measures.
Lead server projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Communicate IT initiatives, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders, fostering collaboration between IT and other business units.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on cloud platforms.
Knowledge of NAS and SAN storage technologies.
Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Server Technology and Hyper-V clustering.

System Integration Project Manager (MarTech)

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading Broadcast Media & Entertainment brand to appoint a Project Manager to manage the delivery phase of a major COTS Software Integration Programme. The organisation is seeking to acquire specific campaign management software that will enable the holistic planning of owned marketing inventory across streaming and linear platforms. The proposed new system will replace inefficient legacy linear workflows with future facing agile tech solutions that contribute to growth.

The Project Manager will manage a Project team, consisting of BA’s, Architects and 3rd Party Suppliers and be wholly accountable for successful system integration and project completion.

The role is Mon-Fri, with an expectation of being office based at the London HQ 2-3 days per week (ideally).

Role Requirements

• Manage the Delivery Project (commencing with an 8-week Projection Initiation/Design Phase.)
• Provide effective Project Planning, Control, Risk/Issue/Stakeholder Management
• Produce a PID, Cutover Approach and Test Approach in the Project Initiation/Design Phase
• Successfully implement COTS products and integrating into the Content Management System estate
• The complexity of this project revolves around the system integrations
• The new COTS solutions will integrate into legacy in-house content scheduling system, Data Warehouse and other 3rd party solutions
• Manage the project team effectively

Required Skills & Experience

• A strong appreciation and understanding of media domain applications and services.
• Demonstrable track record of working on large scale transformation projects, with multiple stakeholders
• Broadcast Management domain knowledge and systems
• Strong knowledge of MarTech/Content Management Systems
• Demonstrable experience of successfully spearheading complex system integration projects
• Working with Commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications and integrations of them
• Managing internal delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers of COTS
• Ability to develop and run RFIs/RFPs, supplier management and engaging procurement and legal stakeholders accordingly

IT Support Engineer (Active SC Clearance)

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint an.actively SC Cleared* IT Support Engineer for an initial 2-month contract. The SC Cleared IT Support Engineer will provide both User/Helpdesk support to the business users, whilst also getting involved in ad-hoc IT-centric projects.

The IT Support Engineer must have working proficiency in both JIRA and Confluence.

*Candidates with active SC Clearance and the capacity to work on-site in London will be prioritised*

Role Requirements

* Provide 1st & 2nd Line on-site technical IT infrastructure support
* Support hardware issues and fixes (eg desktop, laptop printers, mobile)
* Utilise JIRA and Confluence tools to manage IT project delivery and workflows
* Communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with company standards and SLA's
* Prioritise, and resolve technical queries and service request
* Support the IT Manager with other (non-technical) site duties as requested
* Work closely with users (floor-walking) and support stakeholders of all levels with IT-centric issues

Required Skills & Experience

* Previous experience working in an on-site IT Support role
* Possesses ACTIVE UK SECURITY CLEARANCE (SC)
* Demonstrable experience using both JIRA and Confluence
* Experience supporting critical IT projects
* Demonstrable IT related problem-solving capabilities
* Highly professional and flexible attitude
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 (and associated support requirements)
* Strong working knowledge of technologies including:

o iOS/Android/Mobile
o SCCM/WSUS
o Basic networking
