Role: Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant

My client are looking for an experienced D365 specialist Support Consultant to join their team. This is a client facing role, the successful candidate will be supporting customers on resolving issues, challenges and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve Business Central related issues
- Conducting basic data reconciliation between entry tables and reports.
- Collaborating closely with Support Developers to provide accurate and detailed data when necessary.
- Documenting and prioritising cases for escalation to third-line support.
- Performing basic debugging of error messages.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- 4+ years Business Central experience in a support or consultant role
- Strong case management skills - the ability to prioritise is key
- Experience supporting 3rd party apps (Jet Reports, Continia and Tasklet preferred)

Job Title: Digital Solutions Lead (Insurance)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days p/week in office/on client site)
Salary: Up to £150,000 p/annum + 30% Annual Bonus
CPS Group UK is working alongside a leading Global IT Consultancy, who are looking to hire a Digital Solutions Lead on a permanent basis. This role will sit within my client's Insurance Market unit.
As a Digital Solutions Lead, you will be operating at a Senior Director-level and play a pivotal role in supporting organisations by identifying opportunities and implementing large-scale digital solutions in the UK Insurance market.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced consultant to work with and support some of the world's largest insurance clients in modernising their digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with C-suite level employees to identify and shape digital opportunities.
* Be responsible for leading, designing, driving, and implementing the end-to-end digital solutions.
* Define the tech stack, integration frameworks, and data models to execute API digital implantations.
* Identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities of insurance products.
* Head up digital transformation projects with a key focus on customer solutions.
* Collaborate and lead with cross-functional teams whilst always driving the successful delivery of the end-to-end digital solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record with delivering large-scale digital solutions with a focus on APR Integrations and CRM.
* Must have previously worked as a consultant in the Insurance market.
* Ideally CRM platform background in Salesforce or M365 Dynamics.
* Skilful in API Management platforms such as AWS API Gateway, Apigee, and MuleSoft.
* Strong knowledge in RESTful and SOAP API integration and development.
* You must be able to easily engagement with C-Suite stakeholders.
