Job Description
Job Summary
The GI Product Manager shall have a strong background in the medical device industry, specifically within the flexible GI endoscopy field (CAPEX or Disposable ).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, commercialization and KOL's relations in GI endoscopic products environment .
This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, healthcare regulations with market trends, and regulatory requirements to drive our product success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for endoscopic products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to bring products from concept to market.
Create detailed product requirements and specifications that meet customer needs and comply with regulatory standards.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify threats and opportunities for product growth.
Develop and execute product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
Work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure product training materials and support tools are effective and up-to-date.
Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
Ensure compliance with all CE regulations and standards.
Qualifications /Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the medical device industry, with a focus on GI endoscopy.
Proven track record of successful GI Med-Tech products launches and market penetration.
Strong understanding of GI endoscopic technologies and applications (diagnostic-therapeutic).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Fluent English plus second European language.
