Job Overview:
Our client is seeking two Contract Software Engineers to commission software on a Siemens platform at our Tadcaster location. You will be required to work on-site, with the possibility of weekend work if project deadlines slip. This role involves configuring and commissioning advanced systems within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Software commissioning on a Siemens TIA platform (V19).
Configuration and programming of Siemens WinCC Unified HMI.
Work with motion and servo drives, implementing PackML standards.
Integrating Keyence Vision systems and if applicable, working with Staubli robots.
Key Skills and Experience:
Siemens TIA V19, including safety configurations.
Siemens WinCC Unified HMI experience.
Strong knowledge of Motion/Servo Drives.
Familiarity with PackML standards.
Experience with Keyence Vision Systems.
Experience with Staubli Robots (not essential but desirable).
