Hours 7.30 am – 5.00 pm

ISE Partners are delighted to be partnering with one of the world’s most dynamic alternative investment firms to recruit a high-calibre Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant for a maternity contract starting July 2025.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-achieving and collaborative US hedge fund that attracts extraordinary talent and works with some of the most fascinating investors globally. With offices worldwide and a lively, modern presence in London’s West End, this firm offers a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating and rewarding workplace.

The Role: Executive Assistant -Level Support in an Admin Title
While titled Administrative Assistant, this role is functionally an Executive Assistant position – and then some. You’ll be the trusted right hand to a team of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts, immersed in the firm’s fast-moving investment environment. Expect to work closely with pivotal figures, becoming an indispensable part of their daily operations.

If you're an early riser who enjoys the structure and rhythm of a 7.30 am start — and appreciates finishing your day at 5.00 pm — this is the perfect schedule to complement your lifestyle outside of work. The team depends on strong early-day support, and you'll be stepping into a role where your punctuality and consistency will be genuinely appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
Extensive calendar management and scheduling across global time zones
High-volume conference call coordination and meeting bookings
Complex international and domestic travel arrangements
Processing detailed expense reports
Phone coverage and conference call setup
Assisting in elements of the research process
Occasional personal assistant duties (e.g. reservations, diary management)
Supporting corporate access, roadshows, and investor events
Working on ad hoc high-level projects

About You: You’re an experienced administrative or executive assistant (5+ years) from a hedge fund, investment bank, or alternative investment environment. With a natural ability to stay two steps ahead, you bring polish, gravitas, and proactive energy to everything you do.
You’re not just efficient — you're someone who thrives in a team-centric environment. You take pride in contributing to a greater collective success and naturally communicate openly and constructively with those around you.

You’ll bring:
Strong industry knowledge, ideally within alternative investments
Excellent knowledge of the investor relations and earnings cycle
First-hand experience of roadshows and coordinating corporate access
Superb Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
A working knowledge of tools like Slack or Symphony
Impeccable organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
A calm, confident and team-centric manner
Degree educated with strong A-Levels

The Offer:
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
Contract Length: 6–12 months maternity cover (to be confirmed)
Working Hours: 7.30am – 5pm, ideal for early risers who value work-life balance
Hybrid Working: 4 days in office, often Fridays from home
Location: West End, London
Benefits: Private Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Income Protection, EAP

You’ll be part of a tight-knit EA community (under 10 assistants) within a broader team of 300+ high performers. This is a role where your collaborative mindset and early-day energy will be instrumental to your success and that of your team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-intellect environments where excellence is the baseline, this is your perfect next step.
