Key Duties And Responsibilities
Front of House
To provide a professional and warm welcome to all visitors of Insight; signing in/out
guests, issuing security passes, informing relevant parties of arrival, and directing
visitors accordingly.
To operate the switchboard, handle general telephone enquiries and pass on
messages to where applicable in a timely and ef ficient manner, ensuring SLA’s are
achieved.
To respond to queries and requests, disseminating actions and information
accordingly.
To receive and sign for deliveries, informing appropriate addressees, and to sort
and dispatch incoming/outgoing post.
Conference Facilities
To respond to internal and external conference facilities enquiries/requests and
take bookings.
To assist with the coordination of meeting rooms for the senior management team
and clients, ensuring that they are fully functional prior to any scheduled meeting.
To monitor catering provision, liaising with caterers and clients where necessary.
Office Services
To work cooperatively with internal clients and outside vendors and contractors to
ensure offices always remain operational.
Facility Maintenance
To support all needs, problems and changes relating to the building and building
related services.
Administrative Support
To provide administrative support to the local management team and other
Skills And Experience
functions as required and directed by the Facilities Manager.
Understanding of the function and responsibilities of Front of House/Reception in Facilities Management
High level of written and spoken English and Dutch
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Experience of working with Facilities Management and providing office services
Ability to develop friendly, positive, and supportive working relationships with external and internal customers, and to provide them with excellent service

We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our diverse international team supporting our EMEA region, with a primary focus on our French business.
The Legal Counsel will provide advice on all legal and regulatory matters that impact Insight, working with all business functions to ensure compliance with all our related obligations. The legal team has a strong reputation for delivering legal advice and support on matters of key strategic, financial, and reputational importance to the business, all with a strong commercial awareness. The Legal Counsel will be expected to enhance the existing team, contributing to the overall strategic goals of Insight.
Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to all areas of Insight’s business within France and across EMEA.
Deliver timely and high-quality legal advice to the business in a practical and commercially focused way.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (client and partner-facing) in French and English, and provide training on this matter to the wider Insight business.
Advise internal clients including Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Services including Solutions Delivery teams, and senior management on legal issues and risks, company policies and procedures, compliance with laws, and contracts.
Anticipate legal and regulatory change and prepare the business to comply with and take commercial advantage of such changes.
Work with our Data Protection Office providing legal support related to the GDPR.
Experience And Skills
The role would suit someone who has already gained a significant amount of experience as a Legal Counsel (at least 5 years), with international experience in-house and/or private practice experience with a reputable law firm being desireable.
Strong commercial contracting experience including specifically relating to IT and Technology. Experience within the technology industry and contracting experience related to managed services/outsourcing is strongly desired.
Relevant professional legal qualifications (at minimum a French Master’s degree in law is requested).
Experience in dealing with Data Protection, Compliance, Litigation and/or Employment Law matters are strongly desirable.
Fluency in French with strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
