Job Description:
I have partnered with a leading, growing technology firm within a prominent group, specializing in digital experiences across the MENA region. It focuses on innovative platforms for experience bookings.
They are looking for a skilled Enterprise Architect to work alongside the CTO in developing and implementing their technology strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for defining architecture frameworks, setting standards, and fostering innovation across various technology domains.
You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing an enterprise architecture that aligns with their business goals, supports rapid growth, and prepares them for an IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an enterprise architecture aligned with the business strategy, focusing on scalability, resilience, and IPO goals.
Define architecture principles, standards, and frameworks for the technology organization.
Collaborate with the CTO and leadership to create a multi-year tech roadmap aligning with business objectives.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that align with strategic goals and future readiness.
Oversee complex system integration to ensure seamless connectivity, data consistency, and performance optimization.
Optimize data management strategies, including cloud services, databases, and caching.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and IPO standards.
Define policies for architecture governance, review boards, technical standards, and compliance audits.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure architectural alignment with business needs.
Guide teams on architecture best practices and standards.
Identify and mitigate architecture risks, including security vulnerabilities and scalability issues.
Work with security teams to integrate robust security measures across platforms.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, promoting continuous learning and collaboration.
Contribute to team development by sharing insights and promoting enterprise architecture best practices.
Qualifications:
10+ years in tech roles, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture, preferably in high-growth tech or digital platforms.
Proven experience in designing scalable architectures for high-traffic applications, ideally in FinTech or event management.
Must have experience with PHP Laravel and microservice architecture.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and implementing enterprise standards.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with data management and optimization experience.
Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and complex platform integration.
Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Job Description:
I have partnered with a large-scale Financial services company who are leading in the GCC region.
They are looking for an LPO who has worked in a large bank/ Financial company and will be the right hand to the Head of Network and Security, looking after the Network team, Data centers, building strategy, looking at budgets through to execution of new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of network professionals.
Covering Network Switching & Routing Infrastructure and links across all locations and Datacenters.
Provide strategic and thought leadership to the team of engineers who are responsible for the Network products.
Be accountable for the overall platform operational stability and lead the product engineering strategy and lifecycle.
Lead the implementation of network solutions such as DC Network, WAN, LAN, cloud networking, IPSec tunnels, routing, switching, Open Networking, network automation, network observability, network monitoring
Assist in keen oversight of the performance, stability, security, and operations of the network solutions engineered by the team.
Be up to date with the relevant product releases and continuously conduct research and development to carefully select the features that will required to be in the relevant products’ backlog.
Ensure the organization is adhering to security best practices and principles.
Drive technical projects and take ownership and responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex initiatives.
Participate and partner with architecture and Information Security in the design and implementation of the network strategy.
