As a Senior C++ Developer you will utilise your knowledge of programming to help create and maintain their suite of software solutions. You'll contribute to the collaborative development culture with code reviews and mentoring of others.

Senior C++ Developer - Responsibilities
Develop new software for the products and services
To assist the design, and maintenance of new and existing products
Contribute via the team with the delivery of high-level system designs
Collaborate across multiple technical teams
Perform code reviews for other team members
Contribute to an agile team via refinement meetings, stand-ups and sprint reviews

Senior C++ Developer - Requirements
5+ years' commercial development experience using C++
Working knowledge of Qt, multiplatform
Knowledge of XML / JSON / RESTful API's
Experience working on Linux and Windows based systems
SQL Based database platforms
Experience of code versioning tools (GIT / SVN) and Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Strong written and verbal English language skills

Are you an experienced Project Manager, Implementation Consultant,
Have you managed CRM transformation projects ideally with HubSpot or similar CRM systems?
Are you happy to work a 6 month FTC and are available immediately?

The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. Following significant investment they are looking for a Implementation Specialist to lead on an exciting CRM transformation project as they look to implement HubSpot across the business. This is a critical, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth rollout and adoption of HubSpot CRM, aligning it with their business processes and goals.

Currently the business are using their own purpose built in-house CRM & CSM software so it will be migrating from this to HubSpot. You will need to have proven experience of managing CRM migration projects with a solid understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service workflows in an SMB environment. Prior experience of HubSpot is highly preferred however experience of other CRM systems will be considered.

Ideally you will be able to commute to their Reading office 1 – 2 days a week however they will also consider somebody fully remote if you have experience specifically with HubSpot projects.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM and CMS across marketing, sales, Web & Admin systems and customer service functions.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Co-ordinate external and internal stakeholders to map current workflows and recommend improvements to processes
Coordinate with external implementation partners, vendor and internal stakeholders as needed.
Ensure data migration, integration with other systems (e.g., website, ERP, marketing tools), and user access are managed effectively.
Develop and execute a change management and training plan to drive adoption.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Ensure post-implementation support and documentation are in place.

Qualifications & Experience
PMP or PRINCE2
Minimum 3 years of experience technical managing project
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on scope, and on budget
Proven experience managing CRM implementation projects with systems such as HubSpot.
Proficient in tools like MS Project, writing proper project plans

Key Skills, Aptitude and Competencies Required
Strong planning and scheduling
Risk management and tracking
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service workflows in an SMB environment.
