This client is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as Partnerships Operations Manager for Monetization Partnerships organisation. Responsibilities include:
Own operations across multiple areas of the business, including partner program, product testing and internal projects
Develop goal setting frameworks, drive regular revenue reviews and own reporting needs for the team
Develop trackers for several GTM initiatives and own the analysis and reporting of progress
Develop target lists of clients/business based on data and industry insights
Support partner managers on high priority partner projects
Regularly pull data to inform our partner and team strategy
Proactively find areas of opportunity for the business by connecting partner performance and industry insights

Qualifications
At least 2+ years experience in a project management or operations role
Can work independently supporting operational tasks for the team
Can understand how analytics, operations and business intersect and drive value accordingly
Ability to interact with cross functional partners and unblock tasks
A strong communicator with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
Passionate about problem-solving and going deep into an issue
A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
Experience working cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with experience in data handling and analysis.
Experience with Salesforce.

Hours: 35 hours per week (2 days on-site – Travel into London ½ times a month)

Job Overview:
Working as part of a central Divisional Support Team within People Services or a Divisional HR team within Studios, the role is aligned and embedded within a Division and will partner with divisional teams and/or the business to enable the delivery of all employee lifecycle and divisional people plans in partnership with the wider HR Team.

Key Responsibilities:
To act as an internal consultant, contracting on key activity required by the Division
Effective growth and management of key relationships within the business and/or the wider HR Team to enable swift and accurate responses to requests for support
To proactively highlight or support complex queries, and requests received by the divisional team, ensuring they are either resolved or managed appropriately
To understand what is important to the Division and its Business Leaders, through being visible and present within both the HR and wider business environment

About the Role:
