You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, via remote and onsite methods you will be required to attend site visit
You will deliver excellent technical support , adhering to agreed SLA's
Support Microsoft technologies such as; Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure services
Form part of our team, delivering technical support services
We need you to have..
Proven Technical support experience with Microsoft technologies
An enhanced DBS check which is on the Update platform
Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support

We use a wide variety of cutting edge and modern tech, but you will mainly be working with C#, .Net, SQL, Git, Cloud Services, CI/CD, API’s. What you will be doing;

• Design, develop, and maintain C# WinForms desktop applications using DevExpress.
• Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle including:
o Sprint planning
o Daily stand-ups
o Sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Implement and maintain user interfaces and backend integrations.
• Create new and enhance existing interfaces (file-based and real-time).
• Conduct integration testing and technical coordination.
• Document code, features, and decisions.
• Conduct impact analysis and present solution options.
• Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and potential on-site events.
• Report sprint progress and outcomes both verbally and in writing.

What we need;
