Mission
As a Customer Success & Onboarding Manager at Flowlity, you will work hand in hand with our customers to assure they get the maximum value out of the Flowlity application and effectively reach their objectives.
Our Delivery & Customer Success team acts as the bridge between our clients and our tech teams. Operating in project mode, the team oversees the implementation of our solution, as well as the adoption and performance tracking of our live customers.
As the primary point of contact, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) also plays a key role in relaying customer needs internally, helping to shape and influence our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
Drive customer success and ensure customer longevity by understanding client challenges, analyzing data, and helping define efficient supply chain processes. Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of our solution. The CSM is also at the very core of Flowlity’s upsell and customer retention strategy as he/she is an attentive ear and translate our clients needs into proper business opportunities
Set up, configure, and optimize our APrit solution to meet customer needs, ensuring they extract maximum value while guiding them through onboarding and implementation.
Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams by providing actionable insights and feedback to continuously improve our platform.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Onboarding, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS, supply chain, retail, or enterprise software environment.
Proven record of driving measurable value and success for customers.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to listen attentively and explain concepts clearly.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, comfortable making data-driven decisions.
Excited by problem-solving, motivated by seeing customers succeed and making a real impact on their business.
Comfortable working with external stakeholders in a B2B environment.
Passionate about startups, eager to contribute to a team that’s revolutionizing supply chain planning.

Mission
As a Founding Data & AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing a Relief’s product key part, leveraging your data skills to design and deploy the most appropriate data structure, and build data-driven features delivering maximal impact to our manufacturing clients. You will also help us pave the way for a fast-paced deployment of AI as a core element of our technology.
You'll lead our data architecture vision and journey. Through interactions and research work with Relief’s team and customers, you will play a key role in identifying domain-specific needs, scoping use cases, and building cutting-edge "ready-to-use" ML/AI solutions.
First use cases could be recommendations on quotes using past and live data, drafting quotes considering business rules or know how to use business metrics to give recommendation on commercial planning.
Key Responsabilities
Create and build the key features of Relief product
Understand what’s the AI features goal and what we can use to achieve it
Implements AI agents, their hierarchy and patterns
Measure and improve them with our customers interactions and data
Design and implement our Data Architecture
The way it will integrate and interact with our clients’ existing software stack
Shaping our tech vision when it comes to data
Scope and define our data-enabled features
Build the foundations of the AI & ML team(s) of Relief
Use the right frameworks to make a scalable and maintainable team
Collaborate with the CTO and the tech team to have the right practices
What We’re Looking For
Must have
Data Architecture / modeling: You have at least 3 years of experience where you proved your capacity to design, conceive and implement data models that will serve as foundations for our software architecture.
Proven experience in building and deploying ML/AI models, applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to real-world problems, from concept to production.
You’re comfortable with “getting your hands dirty”, this is a hands-on role ! You have at least 3 years of development, in any language, allowing you to give life to your ideas
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating business questions into technical solutions.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
