About the Role
As a Contracts & Procurement Specialist, you will support the Marshalling and logistics activities for offshore wind projects in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing contracts and procurement processes, including strategy development, tendering, and negotiations.
Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
Collaborating with project teams to refine contract scopes and drive value creation.
Conducting due diligence on suppliers, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
Monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and assisting in reporting contract issues to senior management.
Utilizing procurement tools (E-sourcing, ERP, AGORA) and ensuring vendor master data accuracy.

You’re an experienced EPC/EPCm contract professional with at least 15 years in contract administration, including 5 years working onshore in oil & gas industrial projects. You thrive in complex environments and bring expert-level knowledge in managing heavy workloads, contract negotiations, and claim management. Your communication, influencing, and networking skills are exceptional, and you're comfortable engaging with challenging stakeholders.
You're fluent in English and French, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You possess a deep understanding of project lifecycles, particularly in refinery and chemical business contexts. About the Role
As Contract Engineer on the Project at the platform (construction phase), you’ll play a vital role in contracts administration within an EPCm context. Your mission includes overseeing contractor performance, managing variation requests and claims, and ensuring compliance across all construction-related contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering and maintaining all Construction Contracts documentation.
Drafting, negotiating, and settling variation requests, amendments, and claims.
Preparing and issuing Notices of Default, Liquidated Damages, and other formal correspondence.
Managing invoice validation and maintaining financial logs.
Leading preparation of meeting minutes, weekly updates, and contract close-out documentation.
Ensuring data storage and access via the dedicated SharePoint.

The Client is a major EPC active globally.
About the Role
The Client is seeking a Senior or Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer to coordinate Pipeline and Umbilical pre-commissioning activities. As a minimum, your tasks will include a need to:
Understand Client's needs and drivers
Understand contract structure, split and limits of responsibilities between the various stakeholders
Contribute to project Engineering reviews on all subjects associated to (or at the interface with), the pre-commissioning and commissioning scope
Participate in HAZIDS/HIRAs, supplier audits and make relevant recommendations
Witness function testing of supplier equipment
Participate and coordinate specific trials and offshore/onshore operations, as required
Supervise the implementation, revision, follow up of the overall equipment mobilization lists and insure delivery on site as per schedule
Coordinate and support onsite mobilization and demobilization
Follow sub-contractors
Prepare and supervise onsite toolbox talks
Onsite management of 3rd party subcontractors at fabrication sites and offshore vessels as required
Report to project Pre-Commissioning Lead
Oversee Junior Engineers onsite
About You
As a minimum, the Client is seeking someone with:
An Engineering degree or equivalent qualification plus at least 6 years relevant experience in EPCI/SURF projects
Broad experience and expertise in pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning scopes
Experience working onsite and offshore as part of a project team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work within a multi-disciplined and multicultural team
The ability to work within time and strict deadline constraints
