IT Service Desk Analyst - London - £200pd (Umbrella rate)
We are actively recruiting for a 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to work on a contract basis supporting one of our clients customer accounts in central London. This position will be based full time in their office near Tottenham Court Road. Shifts are Monday to Friday: 12pm - 8pm.
They are looking for an experienced and personable 1st Line helpdesk analyst who is comfortable supporting users of all levels within the business (up to VIPs and C-suite).
Duties:
Provide punctual and personable support remotely and deskside
Windows operating systems support and maintenance
Assist with systems and application accounts
Liaise and work with internal and external IT teams and users up to C-suite
Build, install, configure and decommission PC s, Laptops, Monitors, Printers & Mobile devices
Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience within a similar role
Experience and understanding of the MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer (or similar), Exchange/Office 365, Antivirus software etc
Experience using a Ticketing system/working to SLAs will be advantageous
Great communication skills (in person and via telephone) - excellent written and spoken English is essential
Personable, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and users within the business.

Senior EUC Engineer - Citrix & 365 - London - £65,000 - £75,000pa + on call - £6,500
JNC are working with a globally recognised organisation that are looking to expand its EUC team and bring on a talented Senior EUC Engineer.
The Senior EUC Engineer will ensure the efficient operation of all End User Computing systems. This will incorporate Project, BAU and service improvement.
Only candidates with strong Citrix and M365 will be considered for the role.
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office.
On Call: Every 2 months you would be on call for out of hours and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd line EUC support
Help with the deployment and support of new EUC services.
Project work will include new laptop journey.
Manage and support Server builds.
Experience:
Extensive experience working in a EUC role
Must have experience supporting and managing Citrix VDI.
Strong knowledge and experience of M365. Including Intune, Azure and Exchange.
Experience supporting a move to a Laptop way of working and the journey involved.
Experience with profile management tool like FSLogix would be ideal.
Advantage to have experience with Patch management, Microsoft autopilot and Patch my PC.
Advantage to have experience with ControlUp monitoring solution.

Senior Business Change Manager - London - Hybrid - £85 - £95,000 pa
JNC are working with a leading professional services client that are looking to Senior Business Change Manager to join and work across the organisations portfolio of strategic change.
The Change Manager will work closely with senior leadership and help develop and champion the organisations change vision and strategy.
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the central London office.
Responsibilities:
Create and Develop change strategies and approaches.
Develop a business transformation roadmap in relation to change for any future implementations.
Work closely with key leadership, sponsors and Transformation Group on strategic change initiatives.
Communicate and apply a structured change management methodology across projects in relation to change and people.
Lead Change readiness assessments.
Create and develop targeted change management plans that cover sponsor roadmap, coaching plans and resistance management plans.
Help support the execution of change management plans by leadership and management
Create and mange KPIs in relation to change and its adoption.
Key Skills and Experience:
Over 5 years' experience in a senior change management role.
In depth understanding of change process.
Extensive experience driving business adoption of change.
Experience of large-scale transformational programmes. Including the areas of policy, people, system and process.
In depth experience of change management principles and methodologies.
Understanding of Agile and Prince 2 in relation to project lifecycle and change.
Strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience working with key leadership figures.
Must have ability to influence senior figures and drive change.
Experience working with KPIs and different metrics that track return on investment and performance.
