A leading gaming and entertainment company is building a new AI & Analytics division and is looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI-powered innovation. This role will focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-driven analytics solutions, shaping the future of data accessibility and automation.

About the Role
Lead the development of AI-driven analytics assistants and self-serve data solutions.
Build and manage a team of 3-4 engineers within a new AI & ML unit.
Develop scalable AI products that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
Work with modern technologies, including AWS, Redshift, RAG, Clickstream, GenAI, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Hybrid working model, with two days in the office and six weeks remote per year.

What We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack engineering background, with expertise in Python, APIs, and microservices.
Experience building or contributing to AI-powered products.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop a high-performing team.
Knowledge of RAG, NLP, and analytics integration.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (likely up to £95,000).
5% annual bonus.
Hybrid model – two days in-office, six weeks remote per year.
Flexible location – based in London, with opportunities for candidates in Stockholm or Madrid.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Analytics Engineer / Insights Analyst to join a vibrant and collaborative team at a prominent and much-loved retail brand with a passion for creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you’ll support performance reporting and commercial insights by developing strong data foundations in a cloud-based data environment. You’ll be key in interrogating data, building dashboards, and delivering impactful insights that inform trading, marketing, customer decisions and wider business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Analyse business performance and customer engagement, identify trends and deliver actionable insights
• Design and build automated reporting and dashboards using Tableau (or similar BI tools)
• Collaborate with Marketing, e-commerce, and Buying & Merchandising teams on data needs
• Work with Data Engineers to transform source system data using tools like DBT
• Develop dimensional data models and apply best practices in data warehousing
• Deliver advanced analytics projects such as customer segmentation, forecasting, and LTV analysis
• Maintain code-driven workflows and version control through GitHub

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong SQL skills (Google BigQuery or similar cloud platforms)
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualisation tools
• Understanding of data modelling (Kimball methodology preferred)
• Experience with DBT / Airflow and orchestration tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and documentation

We’re working with a top-tier consultancy delivering large-scale data and digital transformation across regulated industries. They are seeking a Lead Data Platform Engineer to take ownership of the design, build, and leadership of modern data platforms, with a strong focus on Databricks and cloud-native tooling.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role — ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable designing robust data architectures, leading engineering teams, and engaging in strategic conversations around delivery, best practices, and platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of production-grade, cloud-native data platforms
Work across multiple concurrent projects, setting direction and ensuring engineering excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders, including involvement in pre-sales and delivery estimation (>£1m)
Embed best practices for data engineering workflows using Databricks and IaC
Ensure platforms meet resilience, recovery, security, and compliance standards
Mentor engineers and contribute to capability growth across the team

What You’ll Bring
10+ years in software/systems engineering roles
2+ years hands-on with Databricks (Professional-level certified)
