Job Summary: As a Scrum Master/ IT infrastructure Project Manager, you play a crucial role by ensuring the team follows Agile practices, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration. You act as a coach, guiding the team towards continuous improvement and helping them meet their sprint goals effectively

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate efficiently with Product Owners, Architects, and Project teams:
- Conduct sprint ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Facilitate discussions between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Ensure coordination and good communication with other Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Encourage collective intelligence, individual initiative and knowledge sharing to develop both individual and collective skills


2. Help the scrum team deliver on time and with high quality standard
- Identify and mitigate technical risks that may impede the progress of a sprint, especially those related to security, scalability, or dependencies
- Listen carefully to team members’ concerns, feedback, and ideas to make sure needs are met and issues properly solved.
- Together with the product owner, build the roadmap, manage the product backlog and monitor progress

3. Coach the teams in the Scrum adoption
- Provide guidance, lead and train colleagues through the scrum framework
- Facilitate retrospectives to continually improve

Key Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of tools like Jira Software Management, Confluence, Mural to manage sprint backlogs, track progress, and facilitate team responsiveness.
- At ease with DevOps practices, using CI/CD tools like GitLab, and automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, understanding of key concepts like networking, security, and cloud-native services relevant to building cloud landing zones.
- Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM templates, enabling the automation and management of infrastructure deployments in cloud environments.


Soft Skills:
- Effective Communication with team members and various stakeholders to foster an open and constructive dialogue.
- Teamwork and Collaboration to maintain a trustful collaboration, recognize and manage emotions and solve potential conflicts
- Innovative mindset to think critically, analyze situations, and find creative solutions

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or a Tech lead with excellent practical knowledge of scrum
- Proven experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies

Language Skills:
- Fluent in English
- French or Dutch would be a plus
