A client of Amass Technology is looking for a Project Manager with expertise Workday HRIS to lead HR technology projects. This role involves managing project lifecycles, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving system improvements to align with organisational goals. 6-month initial contract (potential to extend further). X2 days a week in Oxfordshire. £500 Outside IR35. To start in the next 2-3 weeks. Key Responsibilities Leading Workday HRIS projects (implementation, upgrades, and optimization). Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes via technology solutions. Manage project plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Train end-users and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Qualifications Extensive experience in Workday HRIS with ideally previous delivery of an upgrade, migration or implementation Proficiency in HR processes, HRIS platforms, and project tools. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required. Strong communication skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
