Your responsibilities : You manage customer complaints after delivery, You coordinates all activities related to a customer complaint (processing, definition of responsibility, quality survey such as 9S, 8D, QRQC or similar) You conducts customer audits and evaluations, You performs internal product audits, You manage project quality deliverables and follow-up on customer requirements, You are responsible for the customer quality report, You manage the customer satisfaction review, Your profile : You have a bachelor's or master's degree in quality, You have at least one experience in the aero sector (aerospace and aeronautics), You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, You have a strong ability to communicate, You have a good knowledge with the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection… You are familiar with the EN9100 and the EASA PART 21G standard.
