Senior Network Engineer - IP London - this role will be onsite and involve working a shift pattern. Salary up to £55,000 + 17% shift allowance & 15% Bonus (£75K+ Package) Join a leading satellite communications company and help them in their quest for global connectivity as an Engineer within technical operations, going above and beyond for customers. Work Environment: This is a 24/7 environment with the need for proactive do'ers in a buzzy environment, no day will be the same. You will be required to work in a shift pattern that includes both night and weekend shifts, onsite in London with no option for any homeworking. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers from Activation to Decommissioning. Lead complex troubleshooting with Distribution Partners. Ensure a constant communication flow with Distribution Partners during troubleshooting. Manage internal stakeholders.
