Compliance: - Ensure that Salesforce releases comply with all relevant regulations, including data security, regulatory standards, and audit trails. Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code. - Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (eg, Azure DevOps (Preferred), Azure Pipelines (Preferred), Azure Repos (Preferred), SonarQube, Azure Test Plans (Preferred), Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool). - Experience with Branching Strategy tools (eg, Github, Bitbucket) - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
