We are looking for a CyberArk Practice Manager. Highly awarded solutions leader, providing cloud, data and security services that power AI and Machine Learning Transformation. What You Can Expect Location – London (Hybrid/ Travel to other sites if required) Salary – £70,000 - £75,000 Work type – 12 month contract Main Responsibilities as a CyberArk Practice Manager Developing and executing the CyberArk strategy to align with the organisations objectives. Driving growth and expansion of the CyberArk service offering and client base, including being the primary contact for all CyberArk-related matters. Leading client engagements to understand PAM needs and design tailored CyberArk solutions. Overseeing successful implementation of CyberArk solutions, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Providing strategic and technical guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Building and managing a team of CyberArk consultants, engineers and project managers. Developing and implementing best practices for privileged access management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience 6+ years of IT Security experience, with a minimum of 4 years specialising in privileged access management solutions (PAM). 3+ years of leadership or coaching experience. Proven track record of successful CyberArk implementations and client engagements. Experience working in an MSP or working with end clients would be preferred. Strong technical background in the CyberArk suite such as PAS, EPM and AAM. Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance such as NIST and ISO 27001. CyberArk certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry are preferred. Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CISM would be desirable. Join our client, a leading player in the pet health services and insurance industry, as they aim to secure the coveted position of the UK's #1 Pet Insurer. What You Can Expect Location – France (2-3 days per month in Paris office and occasional travel to the UK) Salary – €400 - €600 per day Work type – Contract (6 months) Main Responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager (French Speaking) Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control and closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk assessments. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions. Track project progress, monitor KPI’s and report on project status to stakeholders and programme director. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Travel to the UK when required. Qualifications, Skills & Experience 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in highly regulated sectors such as Insurance, Utilities, Financial Services, ect. Candidates must have written and verbal native/fluent French and English. Track record of successfully delivering cloud migration projects, ideally to Azure. Experience delivering end user computing projects. Experience covering projects including the Microsoft Stack such as Dynamics 365. A background in Insurance would be advantageous.
