QA - SDET (Performance Testing): Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality and performance of PEGA-based applications. Perform manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing. Conduct performance testing to identify and measure bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability. Analyze performance test results to identify trends, and root causes of performance issues, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8 -10 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on PEGA applications that includes at least 4 years of performance testing. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools. Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks using PEGA's built-in tools or industry-standard frameworks. Experience with performance testing tools and techniques (eg, JMeter, LoadRunner). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based environments (eg, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of Scripting languages (eg, Python, JavaScript). Certification in PEGA or other relevant testing certifications.
