Required Experience and Skills: 15-18 years of IT architecture experience and Lead a team of Architects with a focus on AWS solutions. Expertise in AWS services, security, networking, and database management, along with AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification. Cloud Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions. Create architectural blueprints and choose the best AWS services for the project's needs. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation: Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Automate deployment for consistent and efficient cloud resource management. Security, Compliance, and Networking: Apply security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security. Design and manage VPCs, subnets, and ensure secure connectivity via VPNs or Direct Connect. Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and guide a team of architects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive cloud strategy and innovation.

Experience in a leadership Snowflake migration MUST* (Strong knowledge in Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect) ADO (Azure DevOps) and CI/CD Standards/Pipelines Good to Have :: Snowflake Certified Data Engineer or AWS Certified Data Engineer.
