AWS Connect Engineer - 6 months - Hybrid (Windsor) - Inside IR35
Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced AWS Engineer with expertise in Amazon Connect to join a renowned organisation for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week required onsite in Windsor for close collaboration with stakeholders and team members. This position is confirmed inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, and implementation of an Amazon Connect cloud-based solution.
Serve as a consultative technology point of contact in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Amazon Connect, including determining the services used and their interconnectivity.
Develop and manage integrations between services in Amazon Connect.
Provide expertise in Lambda, Python, and JSON as the control point for all service development and integration within the organisation.
Participate in daily scrums, work with Scrum Masters and QA teams, and support delivery timelines and priorities.
What You Will Ideally Bring:
Experience within enterprise environments deploying Amazon Connect.
Expertise in integrating Amazon Connect contact flows with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
Knowledge of modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Day Rate: Up to £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: 1x Per Week in Windsor
