Dans le cadre d’un projet in situ client, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur (e) Support outillage maintenance. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement et le suivi des outillages nécessaires aux activités de maintenance.
À ce titre, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Rédaction des CDC pour la réalisation des outillages par les fournisseurs et le suivi de l'activité
- Analyse fonctionnel des besoins d'outillage
- Création/Modification d'un outillage en modèle CATIA
- Mise en liasse des plans 2D d'un modèle 3D existant
- Rédaction de la notice d'utilisation de l'outillage
- Etude de condition d'effort de l'outillage
- Scan et prise de côte d'une pièce
- Réception de l'outillage sous-traité

Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 et justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 1 an en conception d’outillages. Vous maîtrisez les outils de conception CATIA V5 ou CATIA V6. Une expérience en gestion de fournisseurs constitue un atout, tout comme une connaissance du milieu de la production.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre rigueur, et votre capacité à être force de proposition. Vous possédez également des compétences en pilotage transverse, vous permettant de coordonner efficacement différents acteurs autour de vos projets.
