Description
Lead a team of data analysts to provide insightful data analysis for company-wide decision making.
Implement data analytics tools and strategies to improve data collection and interpretation.
Communicate data analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.
Drive the training and development of junior data analysts in the team.
Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfil their data analysis needs.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise customer experiences.
Profile
A successful Senior Data Analyst should have:
An educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
Proficiency in Tableau & SQL
Experience in managing a team of data analysts.
Strong knowledge of data modelling and predictive modelling techniques.
Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and database software.
Job Offer
An annual salary ranging from £40,000 to £47,000.
