Job Title: Data Analyst (Tableau Specialist)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Rate: PS650/day
A leading commodities trading firm is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with advanced Tableau skills and a strong background in energy trading to join their dynamic London-based team. This is a contract role, offering a competitive rate of PS650/day, outside IR35, with the opportunity to work 3 days a week from the office.Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Tableau to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, providing valuable insights to traders and senior stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making processes.
Collaborate closely with trading, risk, and IT teams to ensure the accurate flow and visualization of data.
Provide support for ad hoc data analysis requests and reporting needs specific to the energy trading domain.
Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Tableau with a proven track record of developing complex dashboards (Tableau certification preferred).
Experience in the commodities trading sector, with specific domain knowledge in energy trading.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and create actionable insights.
Solid understanding of trading systems, market data, and commodities risk management.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment.
Hybrid role: Must be available to work from the London office 3 days a week.
Additional Information:
Contract: Initial 6 months with potential for extension.
Rate: PS650/day (Outside IR35).
