Job Specifications
We are currently looking for a Skilled, experienced Project Manager with knowledge of SAP, who works independently with minimal supervision. You must be able to work a few days per month in Belgium.
Applies project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope. Includes planning, directing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the activities and resources related to new and current Finance Transformational projects in compliance with SDLC & Program timelines, budgets, policies and strategies.
Leverages in-depth knowledge of the sector, organizational vision, Finance/Treasury function, and cross-functional teams to ensure project is managed within timeline and budget requirements. Manages local or/and global, cross-functional team effectively and drives alignment in a global environment. Provides structure, direction and decision making to the team. With oversight and input, defines actions that need to be taken to achieve project objectives.
Quickly and effectively prioritizes critical deliverables/goals/initiatives and manages resources in difficult, complex, or crisis situations
Job requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Graduate degree is preferred
Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification is preferred.
5+ years Project Management experience working in large programs, leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in and support EMEA time zone (CET time zone)
Finance systems & SAP knowledge preferred
Experienced in developing team and leading team project
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners/teams
Strong project management and analytical skills
Well defined problem solving
Strong sensitivity for dynamic and multi-cultural environments
Fluent in both verbal and written English
