Within the framework of the policy defined by the Information Systems Department of client, the System / messaging engineer will have missions within a perimeter international:
- To ensure the implementation and maintenance in operational condition of technical bases (servers, Microsoft OS, backups on its perimeter, services infrastructure, supervision infrastructure) and this in compliance with quality-of-service commitments,
- To provide expertise in these technical areas as well as for projects only to support Client production
- To carry out proactive management of changes in its penetration.
All missions must be carried out in compliance with good practices, requirements
The System / Messaging Engineer
- Ensures that the team perimeter is maintained in operational conditions,
- Provides support for N3 levels with a production service with presence on site from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on call 24/7,
- Produces and maintains technical documentation in its field of expertise (Exchange)
Desired level of study (e.g. bac÷213):
BAC 2 or equivalent
-Training I Specialty (e.g.: business school, Finance specialty): DUT, general engineering school (information systems specialty) or training specialized (schools or faculties)
- Nature of the experience sought and number of years: 5 years minimum
Technical skills (know-how, software) Essential
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
- Expertise on Exchange 2016 on premise
- Experience with Exchange OnPremise migration to Exchange Online (direct or blob migration)
- knowledge of Veritas enterprise vault
- Knowledge of IT production
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Good level of English to work in an international context
