Engineering Manager - Onsite London - Python , AWS, CI/CD, Testing, Terraform, Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

You will be working for an exciting EdTech startp of which, has an ambition to revolutionise education by harnessing ML powered tutoring. They are looking for someone that has real passion for what they do and doesn't just see it as a job. They are ideally looking for someone that has come from a start up background as this will be 100% hands on role.

What You'll Do:
Design and implement a new high-scale system for millions of users.
Build convenient CI/CD processes and testing pipelines to support system stability.
Research and make decisions about the technological stack and system design, considering all trade-offs.
Work on ML model development
Analyse large amounts of data and build real-time systems.
Scale backend and web frontend development teams.
Work in a very cross-functional team, side by side with mobile developers, product managers, ML engineers, and designers.

Skills & Experience required:
Build high-load applications from scratch.
Deep knowledge of AWS.
Must have strong architecture experience.
Estimation skills
Clean code practices.
Architecture scalability and simplicity.
CI/CD automation pipelines.
Proficiency with Terraform and Docker.
Ability in resolving monolith vs. microservices.
Experience with testing frameworks.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Python web frameworks
