We are currently looking for a talented and robust Business Analyst to join our busy team in Colchester.

We’re going through a period of real growth. The successful candidate will sit within Business Operations and be a pivotal link across all departments. You’ll ensure that the business needs are clearly understood, documented and conveyed in accordance with business analysis methodologies and governance.

To be successful in the role you will be a confident self-starter, have gained similar experience within an insurance environment (this is key, to understand how our business operates), be skilled using MS Visio and Power BI (preferred, but not essential) and be able to work independently.

Legacy hardware is CISCO, meaning a like for like swap out of units including: Cisco Nexus switches (9000 series , various models) - toughen, tighten and protect the network - multispeed devices with integral analytics. Cisco WAN routing - all CISCO edge platforms have mandatory SD-WAN and routing subscriptions which cover device functionality supporting device routing.
