Role And Responsibilities
Join a team working on the transition from Salesforce Sales Cloud to a custom-built internal system powered by Python and Django.
Develop scalable backend services and tools to support core business operations.
Contribute to decommissioning Salesforce and supporting a move to a Python-based infrastructure within the next 6 months.
Collaborate with current engineering teams to align on architecture, standards, and tooling.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless platform migration and feature parity.
Job Requirements:
Backend development experience in Strong backend development experience in Python and Django.
Previous exposure to Salesforce, ideally Sales Cloud, is a major plus.
Ability to integrate and replace CRM systems using modern development practices.
Self-starter mindset with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
