Practicus is partnering with a Property Client, during a pivotal time in their journey. We're helping them urgently find a dynamic Process Improvement Delivery Manager for a crucial 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover, with potential extension confirmed!).

About the Role with Our Client:
Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop their talented team of 16 process professionals (3 Senior Analysts, 13 Analysts)
Strategic Impact: Collaborate on strategic planning to ensure the team delivers measurable business value (they're already contributing million pounds worth of annual savings! )
Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently liaise with and influence senior stakeholders, right up to Director and Executive levels
Drive Excellence: Oversee demand management, resource allocation, and ensure the quality delivery (using BPMN 2.0) of process improvement initiatives
Champion Change: Play a key role in supporting the team and wider organisation in adopting new, efficient ways of working
What We're Looking For:
Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPMN 2.0, frameworks, mapping)
Proven Change & Transformation leadership skills
Excellent People Management & Team Leadership abilities, especially through change
Confidence engaging Senior Stakeholders
Experience in complex/regulated environments
Strong Programme/Project Management background
A data-driven approach & excellent communication prowess
Familiarity with Lean methodologies.
