What You Will Do
Provide high-quality customer service by ensuring effective organisation of workload, integrity of analytical data, and timely provision of results.
Perform a range of routine and investigative analysis independently, including Bioburdens, Total Viable Aerobic Count, Endotoxins, and more.
Engage in method development, transfers, and validation protocols with support.
Maintain instrument and lab systems, including checking and approving supplier reports.
Assist with technical aspects for client proposals for method development, transfers, and validation protocols.
Train and supervise junior staff in routine activities and methods.
What You Will Bring
Degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent relevant experience in a laboratory.
Experience managing / supervising a team.
A strong understanding of lab equipment and the ability to independently conduct chemical analysis.
Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage small projects or defined areas of larger projects.
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to meet customer and business requirements.

Location and Working Hours:

The role would suit an experienced AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS surveyor looking for a new opportunity and the chance to be the technical face of e.surv for our lender clients.
