Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining high standards in our operations. If you are proactive, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Managing Modelled and Live Reinsurance Contracts in line with Reinsurance Benefit Specifications
Providing support to clients both internally and externally to resolve enquiries in accordance with relevant SLAs
Supporting in the testing and documenting of all processes to ensure appropriateness and consistency
Following agreed processes and filing conventions to maintain a full audit trail of all benefit and data items
Ensuring all internal customers and relevant third parties are updated timely on key information impacting their processing
Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines while maintaining diligence and accuracy
Proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Maths and English GCSE highly desired, or demonstrated aptitude in numeracy and literacy
Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively to meet competing demands
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of diligence and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
