Zoetis Zaventem is currently looking for a Regional Data Analyst.
As the Data Analyst at Zoetis Benelux, Nordics & Ireland, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation for the whole region.
By analysing and interpreting data trends, patterns, and anomalies, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the region, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for the regional Lead and the General Managers.
The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in building comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and performance indicators, empowering stakeholders to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions based on real-time data analysis.
Your work will directly contribute to improving processes, optimizing performance, and ultimately enhancing the overall competitiveness and success of Zoetis BNNI region.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions to address business challenges.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for all stakeholders.
Relationships
Develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with local, regional and international teams based on high quality interactions and exceptional provision of service
Implement bespoke solutions for all stakeholders in the region, utilising all available resources and tools
Work effectively at all levels in the teams from Vice President, General Manager to Marketing and Sales Managers.
Contribute to the success of your team by sharing best practice with colleagues across the region and proactively introducing ideas

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a commercial industry
Experience in a data analyst role
Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside of Animal & Human Health are welcomed
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Limited frequency of travel.
