Missions

SERVAIR, première entreprise française de restauration aérienne et de nettoyage, filiale de Gategroup, basée à l'aéroport de Roissy CDG, recherche pour le siège, un Apprenti réseau sécurité H/F.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du pôle Réseau du domaine des Opérations de la DSI Servair, vos missions seront :

Administrer les infrastructures réseaux dans les règles de l'art.
Réaliser un support de niveau expert sur les infrastructures réseaux.
Réaliser les évolutions sur les plateformes techniques issues de la gestion des changements.
Intervenir directement sur tout ou partie des projets qui relèvent de son expertise.
Garantir le bon niveau des plateformes techniques en cohérence avec les normes et standards Servair, les besoins des métiers et l'état de l'art.

De façon générale :

Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnel du réseau et infrastructure sous-jacente.
Donner à son responsable une bonne visibilité sur ses activités et son plan de charge.
Organiser ses activités de façon à respecter les engagements de délai et de Qualité fixés.

Administration :

Réaliser les tâches d'administration régulières sur les plateformes d'infrastructure Réseau sous sa responsabilité.
Installer et configurer les nouveaux matériels et logiciels d'infrastructure Réseau.
Mettre en oeuvre les outils garantissant le bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure Réseau, la cohérence des données, le bon déroulement du plan de production.
Gérer le parc matériel et logiciel des plateformes sous sa responsabilité.

Support :

Initier les changements techniques sur les infrastructures Réseaux.

Gestion de problèmes réseau utilisateurs et sites (dépannage à distance et Intervention sur sites IDF).
Préparer les composantes techniques des changements sur ses domaines d'expertise :
Validation technique ;
Mise à jour de la documentation technique (dossiers d'architecture et d'exploitation).
Réaliser ou piloter les mises en production

Profil

Vous préparez un Master et vous souhaitez vous spécialiser dans les domaines suivants :

Déploiement Infrastructure réseau & sécurité
Administration Réseau & Sécurité
Gestion, animation et suivi de projet

Savoir-faire technologiques :

Bonne connaissance des architectures SI.
Expertise approfondie sur les technologies du SI Servair (Réseaux, Sécurité, Téléphonie).
Maîtrise des normes de sécurité informatique.
Maîtrise de la gestion de projet réseaux et sécurité
Analyse d'impact des évolutions réseau
Connaissance des bonnes pratiques et processus DSI, inspirés du référentiel ITIL.

The consultant will be responsible for assessing, designing, and evolving the security architecture for the programme. This includes conducting detailed risk assessments, identifying technical vulnerabilities, and designing end-to-end security solutions that align with both business and regulatory requirements. The consultant will also work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders in France to gather requirements and ensure the final architecture is properly documented and compliant with national and EU standards. To be successful in this role, the consultant must have strong experience as a Cyber Security Architect or Consultant, ideally within space, defence, satellite, telecommunications, or public sector environments.
