We are seeking an experienced French-speaking HCM Consultant.This role involves working remotely with occasional requirements to participate in customer workshops in Paris. The ideal candidate will be a proactive stream leader with the ability to manage and drive project streams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HCM solution streams for Oracle projects.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and achieve strategic objectives.
Ensure the successful delivery of HCM solutions according to project timelines and standards.
Provide expert advice and support throughout the implementation process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project scope.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in HCM consulting.
Proven track record as a stream leader in project management and delivery.
Fluent in French, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
Ability to travel to Paris for customer workshops as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams and project streams.
