The Role:
As a Social Delivery Manager you will manage social and integrated projects, reporting into the Operations Director for PR & Influence. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of key client campaigns, initiatives, and projects worldwide across the social and influence business.
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience working across social and influence accounts, with a keen eye for detail and a creative problem-solving mindset. You will understand the internal processes and how to ensure smooth operations, keeping projects on track, and delivering the best creative solution possible for the client. Your ability to balance scope, ambition, time, and budget will be critical, treating the client's resources as if they were your own.
Your strong people skills will foster a diverse and inclusive team culture, while your proactive approach will drive exceptional project delivery. Collaboration is essential, as you facilitate project collaboration, participate in and mediate conversations, and consult with the business and wider specialisms to meet project needs.
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of successfully delivering social-first projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Working with Editorial workstreams
Leading delivery and oversight for creative, editorial and production
Work directly with clients for delivery
Strong organisational skills to maintain project documentation, schedules, and internal status reports.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Strong people skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
Proven ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and provide creative solutions when faced with challenges.
Comprehensive knowledge of the creative process, strategy, data, media, and production in an social marketing and influence context.
Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to make informed decisions that contribute to project profitability.
Demonstrated ability to drive project collaboration and facilitate effective communication among team members.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
