The project manager is responsible for leading business projects that continuously optimize and transform the business processes in line with new modalities & capabilities, strategies, and new regulations. This position is responsible for supporting the strategic plans within the Clinical Supply Chain.

roles and responsibilities
Leads projects across the business and sets direction for the project and (global) team from initiation phase until implementation. Keeps oversight and management of project scope, spend plan and resource allocation.
Drives accountability through the project team for all activities to develop and execute project plan according to cGMP compliance and safety standard.
Independently applies change management techniques with key stakeholders.
Communication: confidently presents controversial and/or complex information to all levels of the organization, including independent issue escalation.
Applies risk management strategies.

how to succeed
Master’s degree or equivalent by experience, preferred in Life science, Pharmacy, (Bio-) engineering
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
+3years proven experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge in Office applications
Knowledge of cGMP and/or quality management processes is required
Experience in (clinical) supply chain or clinical operations is a plus
Knowledge about sustainability regulations is a plus
Knowledge about data management is a plus
Knowledge of Six Sigma/process excellence tools, training and/or certification is helpful
Project management skills (+3Y experience)
Ability to work independently
Curious about novel technologies, able to work in an innovative, ambiguous environment with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills managing complexity and identifying process gaps
Ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships, leading cross functional/virtual teams where required
Ability to effectively manage projects, multiple priorities, and timelines
Ability to drive & apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements to projects
Willingness to be work on site in Beerse, Belgium 3 days/week
