The Role

The Business Intelligence team is growing! From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, taking on meaningful responsibility, and making a tangible impact. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a passion for driving data optimisation and solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Validation: You’ll extract data from various systems, verify its accuracy, and apply transformations to make it usable and reliable for our systems.
Pipeline Monitoring: You’ll check that our data ingestion pipelines are running correctly and flag any issues, helping maintain the integrity of our data operations.
Quality Assurance: Whether it’s checking for anomalies or validating formats, your attention to detail will keep our data trustworthy and actionable.
New Data Source Onboarding Support: You’ll assist in testing and validating incoming data from new partners, ensuring our integrations are robust from day one.
Dashboard Discovery: You’ll learn how our dashboards are built and maintained, understanding the logic behind the numbers and how they support business decisions.
Process Improvement: You’ll help identify and implement ways to streamline and scale our data processes—bringing more automation, speed and accuracy to the team.
Documentation: You’ll capture and update business logic, data rules, and key processes to support operational clarity and team knowledge sharing.
You will use your natural curiosity to stay up to date with design trends and best practices in order to contribute fresh ideas.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, economics, business, or a related field (or similar qualification).
A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting data right—because small errors can make a big difference.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new data tools and platforms.
A strong communicator who can work effectively with people across departments.
Proactive and inquisitive—you’re not afraid to ask questions and figure things out.
Organised and methodical in your approach to tasks and documentation.
Excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven business environment.
